Archer Vineyard, up to 150tons (~9500cases) of available custom crush space. We provide full winemaking services ranging $2,500-3000 accommodating varying levels of involvement on behalf of the client based on their desired structure.
What is provided:
- A winemaker with over 10 years of experience working with both small and large fermentations and seasoned custom crush management, who will manage operations and provide consultation.
- A full sorting line, including a very gentle Scharfenberger Euroselect destemmer
- A 2-Ton Europress (bladder)
- High pressure barrel washer
- Barrel steamer
- 180F hot water stations and compressed air hookups
- Temperature and humidity controlled barrel storage
- Basic lab analysis including brix, pH, SO2, and ML chromatography
- Cold fruit storage for processing
- 48” (1.5ton) plastic macro bin fermenters (larger jacketed stainless steel tanks may be available for fermentation depending on client’s needs.
- Blending Tanks
- Glycol chilling
- SO2, tartaric acid, sugar, and other winemaking additives, as well as all chemicals for sanitation.
- Food grade nitrogen and argon, access to dry ice during harvest
- Other equipment required for wine production (pumps, hoses etc.)
